Premium Lion Suite is a spacious 152 m² residence in Prague’s Vinohrady district, designed for families, groups, and comfortable mid- or long-term stays. The apartment offers three separate bedrooms, a generous living room with sofa beds and dining space, and a fully equipped separate kitchen. Comfortable double beds and additional sofa beds provide sleeping space for up to 12 guests.
The kitchen includes a fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hotplate, gas cooker, cookware, dishes and cutlery, plus practical small appliances. Fast Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, towels, and bed linen support easy everyday living.
The apartment is on the first floor of a building with an elevator. It has one bathroom with a shower and washing machine, plus one separate toilet. A terrace is also available, and paid public parking can be found nearby.
Vinohrady is known for its cafés, restaurants, shops, and excellent transport links. Metro and public transport are within a short walk, making central Prague easy to reach. Children are welcome. Smoking, parties, and pets are not permitted.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Gebäudes mit Aufzug. Sie verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine sowie eine separate Toilette. Außerdem steht eine Terrasse zur Verfügung, und in der Nähe gibt es gebührenpflichtige öffentliche Parkplätze.
Vinohrady ist bekannt für seine Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäfte und die hervorragende Verkehrsanbindung. Die U-Bahn und der öffentliche Nahverkehr sind zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit erreichbar, sodass man das Zentrum von Prag leicht erreicht. Kinder sind willkommen. Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
