The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a comfortable sofa that opens onto a balcony. The building has an elevator. The flat is equipped with air conditioning, energy-efficient LED lighting, a new refrigerator, and a new electric water heater. Wi-Fi is included, so working from home is easy. For digital nomads and remote workers, external screens and docking stations can be provided on request (extra charges apply).
Location: about 300 m from the beach and close to the town centre, with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and the weekly market nearby. Peñíscola and its old town are a short drive away, as is Vinaròs. The Benicarló-Peñíscola train station connects to Castellón, Valencia, and Barcelona, and the AP-7 motorway is nearby.
