Business or Holiday, our beautiful and sunny apartment in the Family Garden Residential Complex covers all your needs!
We have strived to strike a balance between luxury and comfort to make your stay as pleasant and productive as possible. We have also strived to adhere to Feng Shui principles, so that every minute spent there energizes you! The complex also has a private park with a children's playground and sports facilities, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while your kids are playing.
* Location - the apartment is located on a quiet street right in the middle of the city, from where you can reach any point within the city quickly. The center/downtown is not too far away and you can walk to it in about 25-30 minutes.
* Parking: free parking place in underground garage, that can fit even the biggest SUV.
* Sleep comfort: For your comfort we have provided high class mattress (iSleep Silver Premium) and pillows (Billerbeck). Extra pillows are also available (high/hard pillows and Memory Foam pillows with cooling gel as well). The bed in the bedroom is Queen size. There is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people in the living room as well.
The curtains are not totally Blackout, but they darken the rooms enough for most people to sleep during the day, if needed.
* Air Conditioning: The apartment has very high class Daikin Air Conditioners in every room. It also has Infrared floor heating for your maximum comfort during the cold months.
* TV: There is interactive TV in both rooms from A1. In the Living room there is a second TV provider Vivacom (Premium package) available with an App, installed on the TV. The app is called EON and it has international channels and lots of movie and sports channels as well.
* Internet: There is a high speed Wi-Fi available (1000 Mbps)
* Cooking: We have provided everything people usually need for a short stay in an apartment. We haven't got a microwave oven, but the oven has Quick Reheat and Air Frier functions. A Microwave oven can be provided for your stay if requested in advance.
* Laundry: There is a highest class combined washing machine with dryer. It has a thermo-pump and dries under lower temperature, so it doesn't shrink clothes (but clothes must be safe for thimble dryers).
* Noise: Loud parties are forbidden, but quiet guests are welcome. The dining table can accommodate up to 6 people for dinner.
* Smoking: Smoking inside is forbidden, but smokers are welcome to smoke on the balcony

* Parken: Kostenloser Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, in die selbst der größte SUV passt.
* Schlafkomfort: Für Ihren Komfort haben wir hochwertige Matratzen (iSleep Silver Premium) und Kissen (Billerbeck) bereitgestellt. Zusätzliche Kissen sind ebenfalls erhältlich (hohe/feste Kissen sowie Memory-Foam-Kissen mit Kühlgel). Das Bett im Schlafzimmer hat Queen-Size-Format. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es außerdem ein bequemes Schlafsofa für 2 Personen.
Die Vorhänge sind nicht vollständig verdunkelnd, aber sie dunkeln die Räume genug ab, dass die meisten Menschen bei Bedarf tagsüber schlafen können.
* Klimaanlage: Die Wohnung hat in jedem Zimmer sehr hochwertige Daikin-Klimaanlagen. Außerdem gibt es eine Infrarot-Fußbodenheizung für maximalen Komfort in den kalten Monaten.
* TV: In beiden Zimmern gibt es interaktives Fernsehen von A1. Im Wohnzimmer steht zusätzlich ein zweiter TV-Anbieter, Vivacom (Premium-Paket), mit einer auf dem Fernseher installierten App zur Verfügung. Die App heißt EON und bietet internationale Sender sowie viele Film- und Sportkanäle.
* Internet: Es steht schnelles WLAN zur Verfügung (1000 Mbit/s)
* Kochen: Wir haben alles bereitgestellt, was man normalerweise für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in einer Wohnung braucht. Wir haben keine Mikrowelle, aber der Backofen hat Schnellaufwärm- und Heißluftfritteusen-Funktionen. Eine Mikrowelle kann für Ihren Aufenthalt bereitgestellt werden, wenn Sie sie im Voraus anfragen.
* Wäsche: Es gibt einen hochwertigen Waschtrockner. Er hat eine Wärmepumpe und trocknet bei niedrigerer Temperatur, sodass Kleidung nicht einläuft (die Kleidung muss jedoch trocknergeeignet sein).

The parking place is in an underground garage under the building. It is very large and fits even the biggest SUVs. The doors and the maneuvering area are very large as well. There is an elevator from the garage to the apartment. It's accessible for people with wheelchairs too.
