I'm an architect, and I designed this loft for myself and my friends: 90 m², 5 m ceilings and a balcony facing the sea, the fortress and the sunset over the Pakleni Islands. It sits above the town on purpose, not in the middle of it. Nights are quiet here, and the harbour is a 15-minute walk away (uphill on the way back). hvarforfriends is the quiet side of Hvar. The old town is close enough for every evening and far enough to sleep well afterwards.
I designed the loft the way I like to spend my own holidays: plenty of light, few things, each of them good. The living space is 5 m high and opens through large glass doors onto the balcony. The loft is on the 2nd floor (two flights of stairs); there is no lift.

Ich bin Architekt und habe dieses Loft für mich und meine Freunde entworfen: 90 m², 5 m hohe Decken und ein Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer, die Festung und den Sonnenuntergang über den Pakleni-Inseln. Es liegt bewusst oberhalb der Stadt und nicht mittendrin. Die Nächte sind hier ruhig, und der Hafen ist 15 Gehminuten entfernt (auf dem Rückweg bergauf). Zwei Schlafzimmer, eine Designerküche, eine offene Galerie über dem Wohnbereich, Glasfaser-Internet, SONOS und Ihr eigener Parkplatz. Willkommen bei hvarforfriends.
hvarforfriends ist die ruhige Seite von Hvar. Die Altstadt ist nah genug für jeden Abend und weit genug entfernt, um danach gut zu schlafen.
Ich habe das Loft so gestaltet, wie ich selbst gern meinen Urlaub verbringe: viel Licht, wenige Dinge, jedes davon gut. Der Wohnbereich ist 5 m hoch und öffnet sich über große Glastüren zum Balkon. Das Loft befindet sich im 2. Stock (zwei Treppenabsätze); es gibt keinen Aufzug.
