This private 55 m² duplex, including its upper loft, sleeps up to three guests. A window-side desk and chair provide a place to work. There is one queen bed on the main floor and a floor mattress upstairs. The loft is reached by stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.
The apartment is in Ansan, Gyeonggi-do, south of Seoul. Jungang Station serves Line 4 and the Suin–Bundang Line, with Line 4 connections to Seoul Station. Allow time to reach the station and travel onward in Seoul; check routes for your destination. Local shops, cafés and restaurants make everyday errands convenient.
Your private kitchen and in-apartment washing machine make it easier to cook and do laundry during an extended stay. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a refrigerator, electric stovetop, kettle, cookware and tableware are provided.
Daily cleaning and towel exchange are not provided.
Dieses private Duplex mit 55 m² und oberem Loft bietet Platz für bis zu drei Gäste. Ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl am Fenster bietet einen Arbeitsplatz. Im Hauptgeschoss gibt es ein Queensize-Bett, oben eine Bodenmatratze. Das Loft ist nur über eine Treppe erreichbar und nicht rollstuhlgerecht.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Ansan, Gyeonggi-do, südlich von Seoul. Die Station Jungang wird von der Linie 4 und der Suin–Bundang-Linie bedient, wobei die Linie 4 Verbindungen zum Bahnhof Seoul bietet. Planen Sie Zeit ein, um die Station zu erreichen und in Seoul weiterzufahren; prüfen Sie die Verbindungen zu Ihrem Ziel. Lokale Geschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants machen alltägliche Erledigungen bequem.
Ihre private Küche und die Waschmaschine in der Wohnung erleichtern das Kochen und Wäschewaschen bei einem längeren Aufenthalt. WLAN, Klimaanlage, ein Kühlschrank, ein Elektrokochfeld, ein Wasserkocher, Kochgeschirr und Geschirr sind vorhanden.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
