This flat was renovated in 2025 and sits right on the La Malagueta seafront, on a 4th floor with lift. From the private balcony you look straight over the promenade and the Mediterranean, perfect for morning coffee or working with a view.
The bedroom is on the quiet side of the building, with a comfortable double bed. The living room has a dining table that doubles as a work area, wifi plus an ethernet connection, and TV. Air conditioning and heating keep it comfortable all year.
The kitchen is set up for everyday life: fridge, freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and all the cookware you need. Washing machine and dryer in the flat, plus iron, hair dryer, towels and bed linen. Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella are ready for you.
The beach is across the street. Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are on your doorstep and the old town, the port and the Picasso Museum are a pleasant walk away. Ideal for remote workers, a work assignment in Málaga, a sunny winter or a Spanish course.
Utilities are included. Weekly cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost. No smoking, no parties and no pets.

Die Küche ist für den Alltag ausgestattet: Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Nespresso-Maschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und alles Kochgeschirr, das Sie brauchen. Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Wohnung, dazu Bügeleisen, Haartrockner, Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Strandtücher, Stühle und ein Sonnenschirm stehen für Sie bereit.
Der Strand liegt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants sind direkt vor der Tür, und die Altstadt, der Hafen und das Picasso-Museum sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ideal für Remote-Arbeitende, einen Arbeitseinsatz in Málaga, einen sonnigen Winter oder einen Spanischkurs.
