Two bedrooms, each with a wardrobe and its own desk: the main one with a double bed, the second with a single bed that converts into a double. Perfect for a couple who both work from home, two colleagues on assignment or a small family on relocation.
The living room is bright and spacious, with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, a dining table for six and views over a park full of jacaranda trees. The kitchen has marble worktops and everything you need to really cook: hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer and a Nespresso machine. One full bathroom with shower plus a second toilet, so mornings are never a rush.
Fast wifi plus ethernet, air conditioning and heating, washing machine, iron, towels and bed linen. Lift in the building and a free private parking space included.
The Metro stop is a 2 minute walk, María Zambrano train station is a short ride away and the beach is within walking distance. Around the corner you will find supermarkets and the kind of bars and restaurants where locals actually eat. Pets are welcome.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
