Almost brand-new one-bedroom apartment in a new building (2025), in a quiet, green residential area of Torremolinos. It's peaceful and there's no noise, but you're still close to everything. It's a great place to spend a few months, relax and work from home.
The highlight is the terrace. It's huge, faces south-west and has open sea views along the whole coast. It comes furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers, so you can have breakfast, work or watch the sunset out there.
Inside, the open-plan living room has an integrated kitchen, fully equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher. There's one bedroom and a full bathroom with everything you need. The apartment comes fully furnished, with a TV, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning (heating and cooling), a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies. You just bring your suitcase.
The building has a rooftop pool with more sea views, a gym and a coworking space on the ground floor, so you don't need to leave the building to work. A private parking space is included.

Fast neue Einzimmerwohnung in einem Neubau (2025), in einer ruhigen, grünen Wohngegend von Torremolinos. Es ist friedlich und es gibt keinen Lärm, trotzdem ist alles in der Nähe. Ein toller Ort, um ein paar Monate zu verbringen, sich zu entspannen und von zu Hause aus zu arbeiten.
Das Highlight ist die Terrasse. Sie ist riesig, nach Südwesten ausgerichtet und bietet offenen Meerblick über die gesamte Küste. Sie ist mit einem Tisch, Stühlen und Sonnenliegen möbliert, sodass Sie dort frühstücken, arbeiten oder den Sonnenuntergang beobachten können.
Im Inneren hat das offene Wohnzimmer eine integrierte Küche, die voll ausgestattet ist, mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler.
