This cozy one-bedroom apartment is located in the western part of Žižkov district, adjacent to same beautiful district of Vršovice. Just in three minutes you will discover a sports area with a football pitch, tennis courts, bowling, squash or laser game. A little bit further is another sporting complex with indoor and outdoor pools. A 15-minute walk will take you to the picturesque park Židovské pece with a children's playground or to JumpPark, where you can enjoy jumping on the trampolines.
The location is very easily accessible by public transport. The bus stop with lines 109, 177, 182, 183, 195, 239 and 903 is two minutes' walk away, trams 1, 9, 11 and 98 can be reached within five minutes.
In the surroundings of the apartment you will find restaurants or cafes, but also a pharmacy, post office, supermarket or petrol station.

Design apartment is located on the ground floor of a terraced house with a front garden, in the house are ovreall four units. It is decoreted in a combination of white color and shades of wood. A living room with wooden ceiling beams also serves as a kitchen and dining room. The wall with built-in storage space provides a sofa-bed, from which you can watch TV at the opposite wall. From the room you can enter through the French door to the garden with a terrace, where is waiting for you an outdoor sitting. A light kitchenette with an electric stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher will please every chef. The extended kitchen unit with bar stools also serves dining table.
In the brown bedroom you will find, besides the spacious wardrobes and armchair, a sofa-bed that can be used well as a double bed. The bathroom is unusual. The shower with matt glass doors can be entered directly from the hall, a separate washroom provides a sink, mirror and a toilet.
