Wir führen ein gepflegtes Haus aus der Gründerzeit mit stilvoll sanierten Wohnungen in ruhiger Lage.
Die Straßenbahn liegt praktisch vor der Haustüre.
In der Umgebung gibt es viele Grünflächen: Augarten, Prater & Donauinsel.
Auch gibt es einen Markt, Volkertmarkt mit tollen Restaurants und einen Mini-Wochenendmarkt am Samstag. Sie wissen trotz allem nicht wo Sie Locations in der Nähe finden? Fragen Sie einfach.
- Garage & Parken: Wir lösen Ihr Problem mit dem Parken: Sie können zusätzlich einen Parkplatz im Innenhof mieten.
- Schlafzimmer: Bei uns schlafen Sie gut, denn unsere Vollholzbetten sind mit qualitativen, neuen Matratzen ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen geeignet.
- Wohnzimmer: Das Daybed im Wohnzimmer ist ein Gästebett, dieses lässt sich im nu in ein Einzelbett/bzw. Daybed mit Pölstern verwandeln. Es kann auf Wunsch entfernt werden.
Alle Zimmer sind sehr hell und mit klassischem Fischgrät-Parkettboden ausgestattet.
- Küche: Herd & Ofen, Wasserkocher und Geschirrspüler + generelles Küchenzubehör.
- Bad: mit Badewanne und Dusche, sowie Waschmaschine (ab Ende Jänner 2019) & Föhn.
- Geräumiges Vorzimmer und extra Toilette sind vorhanden.
Sollte dennoch etwas fehlen, dann besprechen Sie es mit uns!

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
