Beautiful apartment situated on the first floor (2nd floor), located in a colony of family houses in the Garden City in the Záběhlice district of Prague. This quiet location offers a lot of parks, one is right in front of the house, another park with a playground is a two-minute walk away. You can go for long walks in the Hostivař Nature Park, which is connected to another nature park Botič-Miličov. The Hostivař forests hide a dam of the same name, where you can swim in the summer or sunbathe on the beach.
The location is easily accessible by public transport. Buses 195, 901, 906 and 959 stop three minutes away. Trams 22, 26, 97 and 99 and buses 101, 138, 175 and 177 stop six minutes' walk away. The city center can be reached in half an hour.
The neighborhood of the apartment offers restaurants and cafes, as well as a supermarket, post office, or ATMs.
The apartment with a separate entrance is located on the first floor of a family house with a garden. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed from which you can watch TV by the opposite wall. If necessary, the sofa will serve as a double bed. There is a large double bed in the separate bedroom, and you can browse the pages of your favorite book in the evening in a designer armchair.
The dining room with a kitchenette offers a dining table for four. The bright kitchen is very well equipped. Every chef will enjoy an electric hob, oven or microwave.
