The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had the necessary equipment. The balcony was nice, with a table and two chairs. There was enough storage space. The building is new, clean, and close to the metro station. The owner communicated in a timely manner when there was going to be a hot water shortage for a few days, which was helpful. Towels and cleaning supplies are not included in the apartment. It does however have a vacuum cleaner, bucket and mop.
Neighborhood
It's a suburban neighborhood with one subway line and a few bus lines. Getting to the city was not difficult with frequent subway service. The neighborhood has one big park and a few small ones. There is not a good gym in the neighborhood, and dining options are limited.
