Amazing quiet & barrier-free ground floor apartment with private garden and comfortable floor heating for colder periods. In summer, air conditioning is not needed even on the hottest days.

New building from 2013, first owner, optical internet UPC, alarm, AEG washer and dryer, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, multi-oven, refrigerator, freezer) and living room and of course a nice bathroom with bathtub. Equipped with a comfortable bed 180x200 cm, color laser printer, Weber grill, bread maker, hairdryer and so on according to interest. A one-minute walk is a beautiful forest. The apartment has a common enclosed courtyard with a playground, benches and a barbecue area. It is great for studying and reading. Suitable for singles and couples. Pets by appointment.

Hodkovičky is a very quiet part, yet the nearest convenience store is 2 minutes by foot and public transport to the absolute center of Prague (Václavské sq.) is just 30 minutes (bus stop Na lysinách is 1.5 minutes walk). There are no paid parking zones here.

This 44-meter flat with a garden terrace is a great option if you are looking for a simple, modern and calm place to stay close to Prague's center. The apartment offers "advanced basics," a comfortable king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a nice, spacy bathroom. The storage space is also great.

Sports amenities (HAMR sport) & river Vltava: 12-15 minutes by walk.
City center (Wenceslas sq. / Staroměstská) by public transport: 30 minutes.

Matt represent an excellent landlord, me and my friend had a wonderful stay for 2 months and he was always there to reply us as quick as possible.
Very satisfied by the location, easy access for the public transport and to the center of Prague.
