Only a 10-minute walk will take you to Wenceslas Square, to Folimanka Park or to Gothic New Town Hall built during the reign of Czech king Charles IV. Nearby is also Peace Square with the Neo-Gothic Church of Saint Ludmila or Charles Square, one of the largest squares in Europe.
The location is easily accessible by public transport, it is located between two metro stations. The yellow metro line B (Charles Square) is seven minutes away, red metro C (I. P. In the bedroom with parquet floor there is a double bed and wardrobe The living-room is equipped with a sofa-bed, from which you can watch TV or use it as a bed for two people.
The kitchen decorated in blue colour provides a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. There are also smaller appliances such as a toaster, cofee machine, citrus weaner and a kettle. In bathroom you will find cash-basin, bathtub, toilet, bidet and washing machine.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
