The apartment is located in Praia da Luz right next to the city of Lagos in the Algarve. Everything is within walking distance, the beach, the nearest bars and restaurants, the supermarket and pharmacy or the church.
The location is perfect. If you arrive by car, you will only remember to use the car again to leave the village. Here everything can be done on foot or by bicycle. The public transportation network is efficient.
The apartment is a 20-minute drive from Sagres, Portugal's surfing cathedral.
Winter temperatures are very pleasant, and great for outdoor sports. In summer it is especially for those who like the sea and the beach.
Direct flights to Faro, in the Algarve. The airport is less than an hour's drive from the apartment.
The flat has got two rooms and allows a maximum occupation of 4 people. One has 2 single beds and the other room has a double bed with a sea view and a balcony.

There is three balconies with stunning sea view, with tables and chairs for enjoying the view, relax after a surfing day, or just chill out with a nice bottle of Portuguese wine.
It is a third floor without a lift. The flat is on the top floor. There are no neighbours above us.

Direktflüge nach Faro, an der Algarve. Der Flughafen ist weniger als eine Autostunde von der Wohnung entfernt.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern und kann mit maximal 4 Personen belegt werden. Das eine Zimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten und das andere Zimmer hat ein Doppelbett und einen Balkon mit Meerblick.
Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden.
Es gibt kostenloses W-LAN im ganzen Haus.
Es gibt drei Balkone mit herrlichem Meerblick, mit Tischen und Stühlen, um die Aussicht zu genießen, nach einem Surftag zu entspannen oder einfach nur mit einer schönen Flasche portugiesischen Wein zu entspannen.
Es ist ein dritter Stock ohne Aufzug. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der obersten Etage. Es gibt keine Nachbarn über uns.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
