Objekt je určen pro osobu starší 55 let, ale vzhledem k tomu, že se jedná o dražší zařízení, tak se plní postupně a můžeme část kapacity použít i pro střednědobý pronájem. Objekt NENÍ vhodný pro studenty. Cizince přijímáme pouze po předchozí domluvě a jen z Evropské unie.
Byt je vybavený kuchyní, velkou vestavěnou skříní, lednicí, televizí, myčkou, troubou, prostornou koupelnou. K dispozici je pračka a sušička. Celý objekt vč. bytů je nekuřácký a není zde možné chovat žádná zvířata. O ubytované se stará správce a hospodářka a je zde celodenní dozor.
Byt je vhodný pro střednědobé pronájmy od 1 měsíce do jednoho roku. Má rozměry 40 m2.
K dispozici je parkoviště a funguje zde i příměstská doprava na metro Letňany.

Dieser Komplex umfasst insgesamt 4 Gebäude mit allen Einrichtungen wie Aufenthaltsraum, Speisesaal, Fitnessraum, Schwimmbad, großer Garten mit Kamin, Räucherkammer und Grill. Außerdem gibt es einen Teich, einen Bach, viele Bänke und zwei Pavillons. Das Anwesen ist für Menschen über 55 Jahre gedacht, aber da es sich um eine teurere Anlage handelt, füllt es sich allmählich und wir können einen Teil der Kapazität für mittelfristige Vermietungen nutzen. Die Anlage ist NICHT für Studenten geeignet. Wir akzeptieren Ausländer nur nach vorheriger Absprache und nur aus der Europäischen Union.
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit Küche, großem Einbauschrank, Kühlschrank, TV, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, geräumigem Bad. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Das gesamte Gebäude, einschließlich der Wohnungen, ist ein Nichtraucherhaushalt und es sind keine Haustiere erlaubt. Die Bewohner werden von einem Hausmeister und einer Haushälterin betreut und sind ganztägig beaufsichtigt.
Die Wohnung ist für mittelfristige Vermietungen von 1 Monat bis zu einem Jahr geeignet. Sie hat eine Größe von 40 m2.

However, if you wish to regularly travel to central Prague by public transport, be prepared for some 1hr+ trips (the only downside to our stay, if you could even call it one).

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

Alles in einem Preis. Die monatliche Miete schließt Dienstleistungen einschl. Internet und Energien ein und wird nicht berechnet, wenn sie 25 % der monatlichen Zahlung nicht überschreitet. Dadurch sparen Sie eine Menge Administrative bei der Wohnungsübergabe.
