The apartment is light and spacious and offers fantastic views across Prague. It is centrally located in the district of Anděl which is a great area for cafes, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The flat is only a couple of minutes walk from Naplavka where locals like to enjoy a beer by the river. Anděl is also very well connected, with both direct tram and metro services less than a minute from the apartment, that can take you to all other parts of the city.

Inside the apartment there is a large double bedroom connected to the living room through French doors. There is a bespoke bathroom with a walk in shower as well as a separate bath. The highlight of the apartment is the living room and kitchen area with great views north towards Petrin Park and the castle, as well as east towards the river, Vyšehrad and beyond. We have recently added a hammock from which you can enjoy the fantastic view. The apartment is fully equipped and provides a comfortable and very distinct place to stay.

Please note that we can provide a cot/crib, baby changing table, baby high chair and toys upon request.

Sie liegt zentral im Stadtteil Anděl, einer großartigen Gegend mit zahlreichen Cafés, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem regen Nachtleben. Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Naplavka entfernt, wo die Einheimischen gerne ein Bier am Fluss genießen. Anděl ist zudem sehr gut angebunden: Sowohl direkte Straßenbahn- als auch U-Bahn-Verbindungen sind weniger als eine Minute von der Wohnung entfernt und bringen Sie in alle anderen Teile der Stadt.

In der Wohnung befindet sich ein großes Doppelzimmer, das über Fenstertüren mit dem Wohnzimmer verbunden ist. Es gibt ein maßgeschneidertes Badezimmer mit einer begehbaren Dusche sowie einer separaten Badewanne. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der Wohn- und Küchenbereich mit herrlichem Blick nach Norden auf den Petrin-Park und die Burg sowie nach Osten auf den Fluss, Vyšehrad und darüber hinaus. Wir haben kürzlich eine Hängematte aufgestellt, von der aus Sie die fantastische Aussicht genießen können. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet eine komfortable und ganz besondere Unterkunft.

An incredible home with an incredible landlord. Nick was very efficient at communicating and exceedingly helpful. And the hammock is even nicer than it looks.

Neighborhood
Andel is a great center of public transit, with a metro stop, 2 tram stops, and a bus station. Anywhere you want to go in the city is very accessible.

This flat is so good, my family and I were in love with it. Flat is clean, big and you can find theremin everything you need. Also landlord Nick is kind.It has a perfect location, almost in the centre.

I had a very nice experience in Nicholas's apartment, the accommodation is very spacious and bright. The location is central and all the city is easily accessible. Nicholas is very attentive to your enjoyment of your stay and always has very good recommendations.

I and my family lived in apartments as tourists for half a month. I can say with confidence that I am in love with this apartment, because it is very spacious and functional: it contains everything you need for a comfortable life. And although there was no TV in the apartment, a panoramic window performed this function. I really miss the time we spent in the flat. The flat could not have been in a better location! Awesome connectivity to public transport with Metro and Tram Stations less than 100 m apart. Huge Shopping centre and Superstores also extremely closeby. The square where the house is located comes alive every evening.

Minor issues in the building stopped us from giving the house a perfect 10. But Nick is an awesome landlord, very approachable, very co-operative and understanding. He was always available for any trouble-shooting!

All in all, couldn't have found a better place to spend the month in Prague. A DEFINITE RECOMMENDATION !
