Black&Light is a 1 bedroom apartment located in a "Sixty Vintage" neighborhood, 5 minutes walk from the Historic Center of the City of Faro, Train Stations, Bus Station and where from its terrace we can see the Ria Formosa.
The apartment was completely renovated in its infrastructure and configuration to serve the purpose of a modern and comfortable Interior Design but with all the integration in the Glamor of the 60s.
It is fully equipped for 4 people although its functionality is for 2 people, this is because one of the divisions was designed for an office but can be transformed into a single room.
The "Open space" of the Living Room and Kitchen has a double sofa bed for when you have visitors, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, water heater and all utensils needed in a kitchen for cooking.
Black&light also has two balconies and a terrace (this collective) where you can enjoy the Algarve sun in a moment of relaxation.

The flat is advertised to be equipped for 4 people, but it's truly equipped only for a couple. We booked this flat with my friend after reading it was equipped for 4 people and that it has an office that can be used as a single room, only to find out the flat is only equipped for a couple. The mat in the office is not suitable to sleep. When we asked for the additional set of bedsheets (for the sofa) we were asked to pay additional EUR 50. After a few exchanges of messages with Flatio it was clear this fee wasn't applicable but then we were asked (in an unfortunate tone) to leave the bedsheets washed and ironed on the day of our checkup (or pay EUR50). We left the flat clean and the bedsheets washed as demanded but it added some stress and unpleasant experiences to our visit.

We left the flat clean and the bedsheets washed as demanded but it added some stress and unpleasant experiences to our visit.
The flat is advertised to be equipped for 4 people, but it's truly equipped only for a couple. We booked this flat with my friend after reading it was equipped for 4 people and that it has an office that can be used as a single room, only to find out the flat is only equipped for a couple. We are friends, so we needed the separate bed and the separate room. Result: One of us had to sleep in a sofa for weeks (it's a standard sofa, not a sofa bed). The mat in the office is not suitable to sleep. When we asked for the additional set of bedsheets (for the sofa) we were asked to pay additional EUR 50. After a few exchanges of messages with Flatio it was clear this fee wasn't applicable but then we were asked (in an unfortunate tone) to leave the bedsheets washed and ironed on the day of our checkup (or pay EUR50). We left the flat clean and the bedsheets washed as demanded but it added some stress and unpleasant experiences to our visit.

It was a pleasure to stay in the apartment! It's large, spacious, light and newly renovated.
Carlos was super helpful, he helped with all small issues we have, instructed on how to operate all the appliances and also suggested places to visit around.
