Great location in the city center (a few minutes away from tram and metro stations).
Nice and spacious apartment.
The landlord was quick to reply to our personal requests.

City center naturally tends to be sometimes noisy when tourists walk by (especially when the windows are open in summer).
The advantage is that you are close to public transport, restaurants, shops, all possible services, parks and other sights.
