Neighborhood itself was fairly safe, schools nearby with families and children and elderly walking with their pets. Late evenings are quiet and generally safe, although it can feel a bit eerie in the middle of the night.

We had a very pleasant stay, and the agency which manages the property was quick to answer any queries we had. A minor nuisance happened when they entered the apartment (to bring a pair of scissors which was missing) without letting us know in advance.

The flat is close to two subway stations, and around 15 minutes away from a tram station. Transport in Barcelona is very good in general, and we had no problems getting around (we got T-usual tickets).
There are also 4 small supermarkets VERY close to the flat, and we had everything we needed (we're a couple with a 6 year old son).
Not too far away is a fruit store, with very good prices.
We did not go out at night, so we cannot talk about the streets then.
We did go out to to a plaza close by at ~8pm, and the area seemed fine, with many kids playing outdoors.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.

We stayed as a group of 3 international students in the apartment for 6 months. Check-in and check-out process was hassle-free, the agency was very quick to respond to any inquiries and maintenance request which was a lifesaver as none of us spoke Spanish. Communication with the staff were smooth and we got our deposit back in full shortly after the contract ended. Photos listed on Flatio are accurate, the house is equipped with cutlery and cooking equipment, outdoor terrace spacious, the flat has 2 floors with 2 bedrooms and main bathroom upstairs while the other small bedroom is downstairs close to the kitchen. You can hear plumbing and some sounds from the other apartments but overall it was very peaceful. The building has a lift with a rooftop terrace, but the flat itself is on the ground floor with a ramp. Thank you for the lovely stay!
Neighborhood
Location is quite convenient between 2 metro stations and very close to several supermarkets, including local fruits and vegetables shops. Direct metro from airport and easy access to both University of Barcelona campuses and night buses stop nearby after the metro finishes. Neighborhood itself was fairly safe, schools nearby with families and children and elderly walking with their pets. Late evenings are quiet and generally safe, although it can feel a bit eerie in the middle of the night.

Artisanal horchata (Spanish tiger nut drink) and slushie place near the metro station, super refreshing and popular with the locals!

We had a very pleasant stay, and the agency which manages the property was quick to answer any queries we had. A minor nuisance happened when they entered the apartment (to bring a pair of scissors which was missing) without letting us know in advance.
Apart from that, everything went smoothly. The apartment is very functional. Moreover, we got our deposit back in full within two weeks of the checkout. (We are very careful in general not to damage anything, but this is always a stressful part of renting!)/

The flat is close to two subway stations, and around 15 minutes away from a tram station. Transport in Barcelona is very good in general, and we had no problems getting around (we got T-usual tickets).
There are also 4 small supermarkets VERY close to the flat, and we had everything we needed (we're a couple with a 6 year old son).
Not too far away is a fruit store, with very good prices.
We did not go out at night, so we cannot talk about the streets then.
We did go out to to a plaza close by at ~8pm, and the area seemed fine, with many kids playing outdoors.
