Hello,
we are going for a few months abroad and we would like to find someone who would like to stay at our home for the time being.
The apartment will be free from October to January - March (depending on the agreement).
Now some facts:
It is three-room apartment with kitchenette and loggia (total 68 m2), on the 3rd floor of a completely revitalized prefabricated tower block in part of town called Hostivař. Not even a kilometer on foot you will reach the Hostivař Dam (nice relax zone around). For animal lovers and ecologists we have the center of environmental education Toulcův dvůr around the corner. The center, Wenceslas Square, can be reached in half an hour (bus to Opatov 8min., Skalka 10min.). For car lovers there is the possibility to leave your car in a guarded car park (approx. 700, - / month) just in front of the house.
The apartment was completely remodeled 2 years ago, it has a brick core, it is fully equipped. In the "childrens" room, which we use as a warehouse or office, we can arrange another bed. You can put your stuff in the built-in wardrobes (there are several in the apartment), there will be a television, of course a washing machine, a dishwasher, a sofa, and what we all agree on. The whole apartment is covered by wifi, in the living room, part of the wall is painted in blackboard - the ability to write messages, notes, or just be creative (or your children can be :)

Jsme mladý pár, který se rozhodl pro životní změnu - odcestovat na pár měsíců do zahraničí. Náš byt máme moc rádi. Hodně jsme se tu nadřeli, takže bychom rádi našli někoho, kdo se k "němu" bude chovat slušně :) V Praze budeme mít kontaktní osobu, která případně pomůže vyřešit věci, které my z ciziny nezvládneme. Jsme flexibilní k dodatečným požadavkům, viz postel a skříň navíc do "dětského" pokoje.

Adamov byt je moc pekný, dizajnový a pohodlný. Po celý čas som sa cítil ako doma. Komunikácia prebiehala na kamarátskej úrovni, celé to bol moc príjemný zážitok. Základné potraviny a cistacie prostriedky boli prijemny bonus. Díky moc :)
