Dieses charmante Apartment mit einer Kapazität für maximal 4 Personen befindet sich neben der zentralen Calle Carretería, in der Calle Viento Nr. 4. Es ist ein kleines Gebäude im typisch andalusischen Stil und völlig neu, mit Designermöbeln und einer nach Maß gestalteten Dekoration Machen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohn-Esszimmer mit einer schönen und modernen Küche, in der wir einen Tisch mit vier Stühlen, ein leicht zu öffnendes Doppelschlafsofa und einen 43-Zoll-Smart-TV finden. Im Flur, der das Wohnzimmer und das Schlafzimmer verbindet, befindet sich das Badezimmer mit einer geräumigen Dusche mit Duschwand und einer Heizvorrichtung. Das Schlafzimmer besteht aus einem 150 x 200 Doppelbett, zwei Designer-Nachttischen und einem Kleiderschrank. Sowohl das Wohn-Esszimmer als auch das Schlafzimmer sind mit einer Warm-Kalt-Klimaanlage ausgestattet und verfügen über große Fenster zur Calle Viento, die beiden Räumen viel Licht spenden.
Berücksichtigen:
Kostenlose wöchentliche Reinigung (einschließlich Wechsel der Bettwäsche und Handtücher). Die Reinigung von Küchenutensilien ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
