The apartament is pleasant to the eye, but where did comfort go? The "handles" can wear out fingers and the fridge one could probably break long nails. The bed wasn't made for tired muscles and I needed bigger pillows. Nothing I sat on was comfortable even for 10 minutes. The boiler will interrupt sleep unless it's turned off. The bathroom door can barely be grabbed. The hanger wardrobe turned out to smell like paint or something similar. Trying to get rid of that smell ended in tear-inducing eye irritation. The window blinds are a mess. Expect little coverage in the bedroom. I suggest installing simple, thick roller shades asap. The big room blinds are also far from perfect due to deformation. The shower lacks the shelf and is too shallow, unless you don't mind a flood. The bedroom was sometimes difficult to keep warm despite all the heaters working, I'm quite sure the balcony door stole the warmth. Although the windows don't face the street (one of the reasons I chose the place), I could hear quite a lot from there. The inner lock got me trapped twice and once I needed an intervention to open the door. This was an expensive disappointment.
What I appreciated: good washing machine, large bathroom mirror, fresh bedding, satisfying kitchenette, fast internet.
