Exceptionally quiet with lots of sun and a street view. There is a quiet, communal balcony facing inside the building where you can have a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The building has been renovated both inside and out. The apartment itself has also been entirely renovated with a modern kitchen and bathroom. It features a large kitchen, a very large bathroom, an extra toilet, a walk-in closet, a sizeable bedroom and a very large living room with a stunning loft-style brick wall. It also has a locked, shared storage space on the second floor next to the apartment, available upon request. High speed wifi suitable for remote working.

Es gibt einen ruhigen Gemeinschaftsbalkon mit Blick ins Innere des Gebäudes, wo man morgens eine Tasse Kaffee oder abends ein Glas Wein trinken kann. Das Gebäude wurde sowohl innen als auch außen renoviert. Auch die Wohnung selbst wurde komplett renoviert und mit einer modernen Küche und einem modernen Bad ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über eine große Küche, ein sehr großes Badezimmer, eine zusätzliche Toilette, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer und ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit einer beeindruckenden Backsteinwand im Loft-Stil. Budapest is a city very dear to my heart, so I decided to acquire a flat that I renovated and furnished to the highest standards. This city is wonderfully colourful, bustling, cultural and welcoming. I am looking to rent to someone who appreciates the elegance of this wonderful flat and the bustling culture and calming green available in the neighbourhood. This flat is ideal for a professional individual or a couple. I am open to extending the lease if the tenant falls in love with the flat and would like to stay on. The M1 is about 10 minutes away. It was great that the large city park is opposite and invites you for walks, sports or a cozy cafe.

The internet connection was very fast and stable. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a quiet side street and the house itself was always quiet. Supermarkets and other shops and cafes are only a 5 minute walk away. There is a bus stop almost right outside the front door, which takes you to Keleti train station in 10 minutes. The M1 is about 10 minutes away. It was great that the large city park is opposite and invites you for walks, sports or a cozy cafe.

I really, really enjoyed staying in this apartment. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and beautifully redecorated. The place has everything one could need, including great WIFI, coffee machine, dishwasher, great shower, and excellent living space.
The apartment is safe and secure with double door access and very quiet. The location is also great, one of the best places to eat is just a stone's throw away, and also there is a SPAR and LIDL within walking distance. Reaching the centre was easy and fast.
The landlady is extremely pleasant and friendly and was always more than happy to help with every question. I will undoubtedly stay here again.

I really, really enjoyed staying in this apartment. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and beautifully redecorated. The place has everything one could need, including great WIFI, coffee machine, dishwasher, great shower, and excellent living space.
The apartment is safe and secure with double door access and very quiet. The location is also great, one of the best places to eat is just a stone's throw away, and also there is a SPAR and LIDL within walking distance. Reaching the centre was easy and fast.

The M1 is about 10 minutes away. It was great that the large city park is opposite and invites you for walks, sports or a cozy cafe.
We had a great stay in Budapest and would rent the apartment again.

I really, really enjoyed staying in this apartment. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and beautifully redecorated. The place has everything one could need, including great WIFI, coffee machine, dishwasher, great shower, and excellent living space.
The apartment is safe and secure with double door access and very quiet. The location is also great, one of the best places to eat is just a stone's throw away, and also there is a SPAR and LIDL within walking distance. Reaching the centre was easy and fast.
The landlady is extremely pleasant and friendly and was always more than happy to help with every question. I will undoubtedly stay here again.
