- není tam moc denního světla
Majitel byl milý, ochotný, problémy řešil tak rychle jak to šlo, komunikace v angličtina bezvadná, na zprávy reagoval rychle.

na kraji známé židovské čtvrti, hlavní trasa tramvaje asi 4 min chůze,
Centrum Deák Ferenc asi 10 min chůze. Do 5 minut jste v okolí mnoha restaurací, podniků, kaváren na Király út. Před domem park i parkovací místa (placená). Hned v domě Spar. Hodně bezdomovců, ale jsou neškodní.
