We have rented this apartment for almost 4 months during the winter of 2018/2019. It is situated in a really nice neighborhood, close to the city center. The apartment itself was cosy, but not the best value for money. The couch in the living room was so old, dirty and uncomfortable, that we haven't used it at all. The mattresses in the bedroom were also not really comfortable and they weren't the same height on both sides of the bed. But we really liked the bathroom with the shower and the kitchen was quite nice too. Also the landlord was really nice and immediately available when we needed him (when the heating broke once).

It is a quiet neighbourhood, very well connected with the city center by tram. There are some nice pubs and restaurants in the main street, as well as some small groceries stores.
The apartment is very nice, even nicer than it looks in the pictures. The landlord is very helpful and he managed to fix every problem we had as quickly as one can expect. The neighbourhood is pretty cool and there's every thing you can need. The only thing that can be improved is the sofa, but every other thing was better than expected.

We have rented this apartment for almost 4 months during the winter of 2018/2019. It is situated in a really nice neighborhood, close to the city center. The apartment itself was cosy, but not the best value for money. The couch in the living room was so old, dirty and uncomfortable, that we haven't used it at all. The mattresses in the bedroom were also not really comfortable and they weren't the same height on both sides of the bed. But we really liked the bathroom with the shower and the kitchen was quite nice too. Also the landlord was really nice and immediately available when we needed him (when the heating broke once).

This flat has everything you wish for , aslo roman is really friendly and helpful , only because it was rented by someone i would have stayed there
