"Lovia" - this cute but luxurious studio flat is my love project. Situated in the heart of Buda, this is a perfect place if You are looking for something special. As an architect/designer I enjoyed finetuning every detail of this place. Leaving traces of my soul behind... The flat opens directly on a little piece of nature, the beautiful garden of the house.
I am a third generation designer/architect and picked and refurbished this flat completely. I used top-quality Italian ceramic tiles in the bathroom, solid oak floor, and even eco-friendly oil finish on the custom built plywood furniture. Carefully selected the Hungarian designer sofa system, bar stools and lights, combined with some nice old items here and there:) The apartment is equipped with new and top-quality machinery and I hope You will enjoy the wall arts created by my painter wife - Kele Juci - and myself. I am very proud that the apartment has just been published in the most prestigious design magazine Octogon.
I try everything I can to maintain Lovia as eco-friendly as possible: I am not using any disposable bottles and packaging for the cleaning products and the toilet paper to minimize the waste I produce.
Lovia is situated 10 mins walk from the Castle district and 5 mins from the transportation hub Széll Kálmán tér. Hajnóczy street is a one of a kind, peaceful street in Buda, connecting two beautiful city parks (Városmajor and Vérmező). Even the national green hiking route passes by the front door...
The aera is full of nice cafes and restaurants that I will be more than happy to explain You further upon your arrival. There is a farmers' market in Városmajor every Monday-Wednesday-Friday. It is a perfect spot if You look for a calm and peaceful place for the nights but do not want to miss the buzzing city centre (7th district) which is 15mins away if You take the 4-6 tram, running 24-7!
"Lovia" - diese niedliche, aber luxuriöse Einzimmerwohnung ist mein Lieblingsprojekt. Im Herzen von Buda gelegen, ist dies der perfekte Ort, wenn Sie etwas Besonderes suchen. Als Architektin/Designerin habe ich es genossen, jedes Detail dieses Ortes zu verfeinern. Ich habe Spuren meiner Seele hinterlassen... Die Wohnung öffnet sich direkt auf ein kleines Stück Natur, den wunderschönen Garten des Hauses.
Ich bin Designer/Architekt in dritter Generation und habe diese Wohnung komplett ausgesucht und renoviert. Ich habe hochwertige italienische Keramikfliesen im Bad, einen massiven Eichenboden und sogar eine umweltfreundliche Ölbehandlung für die maßgefertigten Sperrholzmöbel verwendet. Das ungarische Designersofasystem, die Barhocker und die Leuchten habe ich sorgfältig ausgewählt und hier und da mit ein paar schönen alten Gegenständen kombiniert:) Die Wohnung ist mit neuen und hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet, und ich hoffe, dass Ihnen die von meiner Frau, der Malerin Kele Juci, und mir geschaffenen Wandgemälde gefallen werden. Ich bin sehr stolz darauf, dass die Wohnung gerade in der renommiertesten Designzeitschrift Octogon veröffentlicht wurde.
Ich versuche alles, was ich kann, um Lovia so umweltfreundlich wie möglich zu halten: Ich verwende keine Einwegflaschen und keine Verpackungen für die Reinigungsmittel und das Toilettenpapier, um den von mir produzierten Abfall zu minimieren.
Lovia befindet sich 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Burgviertel und 5 Minuten vom Verkehrsknotenpunkt Széll Kálmán tér entfernt. Die Hajnóczy Straße ist eine einzigartige, ruhige Straße in Buda, die zwei wunderschöne Stadtparks (Városmajor und Vérmező) verbindet. Sogar der nationale grüne Wanderweg führt an der Haustür vorbei...
Die Gegend ist voll von netten Cafés und Restaurants, die ich Ihnen bei Ihrer Ankunft gerne näher erläutern werde. In Városmajor gibt es jeden Montag, Mittwoch und Freitag einen Bauernmarkt. Es ist ein perfekter Ort, wenn Sie nach einem ruhigen und friedlichen Ort für die Nächte suchen, aber nicht das pulsierende Stadtzentrum (7. Bezirk) verpassen wollen, das 15 Minuten entfernt ist, wenn Sie die Straßenbahn 4-6 nehmen, die 24-7 fährt!

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

Alles in einem Preis. Die monatliche Miete schließt Dienstleistungen einschl. Internet und Energien ein und wird nicht berechnet, wenn sie 25 % der monatlichen Zahlung nicht überschreitet. Dadurch sparen Sie eine Menge Administrative bei der Wohnungsübergabe.

Stets nur 30 Tage im Voraus. Es spielt keine Rolle, ob Sie zu Beginn oder Mitte des Monats einziehen, die Miete wird stets für 30 Tage im Voraus gezahlt. Bei Flatio wird der „Monat“ immer durch Sie bestimmt und Sie müssen nicht mehrere Mieten gleichzeitig bezahlen.
