The house is located on the street Vančurově in Brno. The advantage is good access to the city center. Nearby is a bus and tram stop Otakar Ševčík with buses 44.74, 84 and night connections 89 and 98 and tram 12. The house is on a side quiet and safe street where you can park for free. The location of the house makes it easy and fast connection to the Main Railway Station, Brno Airport and the D1 motorway.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the property. The apartment is also not very suitable for families with children.
The three-room attic apartment is furnished in a modern style. There are two separate rooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and separate toilet. The larger 16-square-meter room features a comfortable wooden double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The second smaller room is equipped with two couches, a work desk, and a wardrobe. The living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area. Everything is modern and comfortably equipped, in the kitchen you will find a microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and there is an automatic washing machine. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. The services include cable TV and internet connection.

Alles ist modern und komfortabel ausgestattet; in der Küche finden Sie eine Mikrowelle, einen Kühlschrank und einen Geschirrspüler. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet und es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Die Toilette ist vom Badezimmer getrennt. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten gehören Kabelfernsehen und Internetanschluss.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
