I offer a rent in newly renovated luxury fully furnished small apartment on the first floor in a brick building in beautiful location near Heroldovy sady in one of the most famous streets Kodaňská where are a lot of cafes with and large selection of restaurants. The house is a protected monument, roof and facafe are recently renovated. Near is the Eden Shopping Center, excellent access to the center within minutes (trams 22, 7, 6, 5, buses 135, 124, 101).
The apartment has a wooden bamboo floor, a marble bathroom with shower (where you can have a shower while you are sitting), a spacious walk-in closet with washing machine and vacuum cleaner, a fully equipped kitchen with a Whirpool microwave, an induction hob, fridge and carbon sink. The apartment has internet from UPC, Philips TV, built-in wardrobe with storage space and a folding bed from the Czech manufacturer Pravan. Furthermore, the new wooden window from Ekotherm to the quiet courtyard towards the south and high ceilings (3.1 m) with ceiling rails guaranteeing the tenant's comfort. Fees include all services (water, electricity, internet, television, common areas cleaning, etc.)

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

V byte sme bývali takmer 3 týždne a veľmi sa nám páčilo. Lokalita je bezpečná a vhodná aj pre malé deti. V pešej dostupnosti je všetko, čo potrebujete - lekárne, obchody, reštaurácie. Rovnako dobrá dostupnosť je do mesta. Byt bol pekný, čistý a nájdete tam všetko, čo potrebujete. Komunikácia s majiteľom bola bezproblémová, bol ústretový a odpovedal rýchlo.

Susedia boli milí, zakaždým sa pozdravili a usmiali.

It is a bit outside of the city (takes 15-30 min to get to Prague 1 depending on time of day) but very peaceful and has great amenities. Very close to vinohrady too, one of my favorite neighborhoods!

The apartment while small is comfortable and perfectly enough for one person. Bed is comfortable and it is quiet area for sleeping, which I appreciated. Fabulous location to go anywhere in Prague, centre is reachable in 10 min by several trams or buses only minutes walk from the door. The area itself is nice with a lots of little restaurants and coffee shops. The mall Eden is 5 -7 min walk where is Tesco, bank, phone O2 and other shops. Communication with Jan was 100%, always ready to help, suggest places to go etc.

Very cozy and comfortable apartment for living. Recommend for living. Located in a beautiful area, convenient transport interchange, you can easily and quickly get to any part of Prague. Eden shopping center is a 5-minute walk away, and there are many small shops near the house. Very attentive and friendly owner of the apartment.
