Many visitors create here the right mood and atmosphere of Bratislava.
In the apartment is one living room together with bedroom, separate kitchen other smaller bedroom, bathroom and separate WC (toilet). The apartment's mainbedroom/living room is spacious, comfortable and is furnished with a queen size bed, foldout sofa and TV with cable tv. The fully equipped kitchen contains a microwave, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, oven, fridge with little freezer and washmachine. There is a wardrobe and table with chairs. The bathroom offers a spacious shower wide 107 cm. Total size of the apartment is 45 square metres (approx. 483 square feet) and can accommodate two persons in the double bed (cannot be separated), there is a possibility to accommodate another 1 person on foldout sofa.

Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
