We are happy to host you in our cozy bright 1 bedroom apartment of size 49m2 + 6m2 cellar. Apartment is situated on 2nd floor in typical Prague town house with an elevator located on street U Svobodárny. There are common balconies in common areas of the house.
Apartment promises cozy living in attractive part of the city only 15 min. from the downtown (by metro or tram). There is just about everything you wish for living around including: famous Prague event hall O2 Arena, Mall Harfa, small shops of all kinds, coffees and beautiful green areas (parks Podvinni Mlyn or Rokytka). The street itself is calm with perfect access to public transport.
Layout: from corridor you will get into small living room with kitchen corner. Bathroom with WC and bath is on the left from the entrance. Spacious bedroom is on the right from the entrance.
Flat is designed in Boho & Ethno & Eko style. It offers very nice standard of furnishing - wooden floors in both rooms, couch (can be used as a double bed), spacious bed. Flat can be described as smart - it is rather smaller but offers a lot of storage spaces. It is therefore suitable also for small family or people with a lot of luggage.
We are fans of Urban Jungle concept therefore we cultivate many interesting house plants. We will be happy if our tenants continue taking care of them:-) We also separate waste as much as we can. We also filter tap water with Japanese charcoal Binchotan from Binchio company - we will keep charcoal sticks for tenant.
2 tram stations are located 1 min. from house. Metro Českomoravská is up to 2 min. from house. There is a small grocery store in the ground floor of our house. Just in front of the house is nice coffee shop and gym Strong and Beauty. Shopping mall Harfa is just
on the corner of the street.
Parking: in front of the house on residential card or in the shopping mall Harfa.
Internet - O2, very fast, included.
TV - there is a TV but we used it only to connect with PC. In case you want, we can arrange TV/Netfix subsription for another 1.000 CZK monthly.
Wir freuen uns, Sie in unserem gemütlichen hellen 1-Zimmer-Wohnung der Größe 49m2 + 6m2 Keller zu empfangen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock eines typischen Prager Stadthauses mit einem Aufzug in der Straße U Svobodárny. Es gibt gemeinsame Balkone in gemeinsamen Bereichen des Hauses.
Die Wohnung verspricht gemütliches Wohnen in einem attraktiven Teil der Stadt, nur 15 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt (mit der U-Bahn oder Straßenbahn). In der Umgebung gibt es so ziemlich alles, was man sich zum Leben wünscht: die berühmte Prager Veranstaltungshalle O2 Arena, das Einkaufszentrum Harfa, kleine Geschäfte aller Art, Cafés und schöne Grünflächen (Parks Podvinni Mlyn oder Rokytka). Die Straße selbst ist ruhig und hat eine perfekte Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
Aufteilung: vom Korridor aus gelangt man in ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit Küchenecke. Das Badezimmer mit WC und Badewanne befindet sich links vom Eingang. Das geräumige Schlafzimmer befindet sich rechts vom Eingang.
Die Wohnung ist im Boho & Ethno & Eko Stil gestaltet. Sie bietet einen sehr schönen Einrichtungsstandard - Holzböden in beiden Zimmern, Couch (kann als Doppelbett genutzt werden), geräumiges Bett. Die Wohnung kann als schick bezeichnet werden - sie ist zwar etwas kleiner, bietet aber viel Stauraum. Sie ist daher auch für kleine Familien oder Leute mit viel Gepäck geeignet.
Wir sind Fans des Urban Jungle Konzepts und züchten daher viele interessante Zimmerpflanzen. Wir freuen uns, wenn unsere Mieter sich weiter um sie kümmern:-) Außerdem trennen wir den Abfall so gut es geht. Wir filtern auch Leitungswasser mit japanischer Holzkohle Binchotan von der Firma Binchio - die Kohlestäbchen erhalten die Mieter.
2 Straßenbahnstationen befinden sich 1 Minute vom Haus entfernt. Metro Českomoravská ist bis zu 2 min. vom Haus entfernt. Es gibt einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses. Direkt vor dem Haus ist ein nettes Café und ein Fitnessstudio Strong and Beauty. Einkaufszentrum Harfa ist nur
an der Ecke der Straße.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
