Located in Rezidence Mozartova - new building with elevator, parking garage. Hosted by locals, many recommendations are provided for your pleasant stay.
BUILDING
Our recently furnished apartment is situated in a new house.
There is a balcony heading to a local park called Bertramka – place where W. A. Mozart stayed during his visits of Prague. No car traffic to disturb you, only trees. But if you arrive by car, you can use parking garage in the building for free. For hot summer days there is air cooling system in both rooms for better sleep.
DISPOSITION and EQUIPMENT -
Apartment consists of entrance hall, living area with fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
Bedroom features queen bed (180 cm wide) with comfortable mattress and blackout rolets. Living room features comfortable big sofa with coffee table. Living room also feature smart, flat screen SMART TV: 43” HD LED Hyundai, with internet access and HDMI connection. Sofa is convertible to extra bed.
The kitchen features dishwasher, glass ceramic cooking plate and oven/microwave as well as the refrigerator. It is stocked with all cook and glassware you may need and electric kettle.
High speed WiFi is of course there.
Also there for your free use: tea, coffee, sugar, salt&pepper, cotton and paper towels.
Space in the entrance area is available for storing your luggage. Flat also contains iron, ironing board, etc.
Other essentials include: hair dryer, all the linens, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, umbrella.
Later check-in is always possible with our keybox any time in the night.
My apartment is close to city center of Prague so everything is in walking distance, but out of all the night tourist noise, so you can sleep undisturbedly. In neighbourhood are some monuments, nice parks and museums. Just 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, very good bakery, there are many restaurants on Anděl and 5 minutes walk to big shopping mall Nový Smichov.
Getting around
You can use my parking garage free of charge. In city center are streets reserved just for residents and parking in garages are usually expensive. In my apartment is garage included already in price. To city center you can just walk or you can use trams or metro. There is a funicular on neighbour hotel going up the park, where is a nice view on the city.

GEBÄUDE
Unsere neu eingerichtete Wohnung befindet sich in einem neuen Haus.
Der Balkon geht auf den Park Bertramka, in dem W. A. Mozart während seiner Besuche in Prag wohnte. Kein Autoverkehr stört Sie, nur Bäume. Aber wenn Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, können Sie die Parkgarage im Gebäude kostenlos nutzen. Für heiße Sommertage gibt es in beiden Zimmern ein Luftkühlungssystem für einen besseren Schlaf.
AUFTEILUNG und AUSSTATTUNG -
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Vorraum, einem Wohnbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, einem Schlafzimmer und einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Toilette.
Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett (180 cm breit) mit bequemer Matratze und Verdunkelungsrollos. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes großes Sofa mit Couchtisch. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt auch über einen smarten Flachbildschirm SMART TV: 43" HD LED Hyundai, mit Internetzugang und HDMI-Anschluss. Das Sofa kann in ein Zusatzbett umgewandelt werden.
Die Küche verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler, eine Glaskeramik-Kochplatte und einen Backofen/Mikrowelle sowie einen Kühlschrank. Sie ist mit allen Koch- und Glaswaren, die Sie benötigen, und einem Wasserkocher ausgestattet.
Highspeed-WiFi ist selbstverständlich vorhanden.
Tee, Kaffee, Zucker, Salz und Pfeffer, Watte und Papierhandtücher stehen Ihnen ebenfalls zur freien Verfügung.
Im Eingangsbereich ist Platz für die Aufbewahrung Ihres Gepäcks. In der Wohnung gibt es auch ein Bügeleisen, ein Bügelbrett, etc.
Zur weiteren Grundausstattung gehören: Haartrockner, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Shampoo, Duschgel, Handseife, Toilettenpapier, Regenschirm.
Späteres Einchecken ist mit unserem Schlüsselkasten jederzeit in der Nacht möglich.
Meine Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Prager Stadtzentrums, so dass alles zu Fuß zu erreichen ist, aber außerhalb des nächtlichen Touristenlärms, so dass Sie ungestört schlafen können. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es einige Denkmäler, schöne Parks und Museen. Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum nächsten Supermarkt, sehr gute Bäckerei, es gibt viele Restaurants auf Anděl und 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum großen Einkaufszentrum Nový Smichov.
Fortbewegung
Sie können mein Parkhaus kostenlos nutzen. Im Stadtzentrum sind Straßen nur für Anwohner reserviert und Parken in Garagen sind in der Regel teuer. In meiner Wohnung ist die Garage bereits im Preis inbegriffen. Das Stadtzentrum kann man zu Fuß erreichen oder man kann die Straßenbahn oder die U-Bahn benutzen. Es gibt eine Standseilbahn am Nachbarhotel, die in den Park hinauffährt, wo man einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt hat.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
