Greetings, my name is Maria Villasana. I am a Venezuelan with Portuguese grandparents. I came to this wonderful city to study and work. So far, my previous tenants have all been wonderful people who are either working or studying. This apartment is ideal for a single or a couple. It is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city and close to grocery stores ( Continente or Mini preco). It is also a short walk to the Marques Pombal metro station and the Avenida metro station. Avenida de Liberdade is also a 5-minute walk away. Great location in a bustling area near grocery stores, shops, restaurants, cafes, bakery, print shop, banks and other services. Short walk to the metro. Nice patio and efficient kitchen. Bed is high quality and bedroom is quiet. Two minisplits for comfort. The alley in front can be noisy during daytime.
