Eine tolle Adresse zum Wohnen in der Nähe der deutschen und amerikanischen Botschaft.
Wir bieten exklusiv zur Kurzzeitmiete (bis zu 6 Monaten) eine außergewöhnliche neue Wohnung von 80 m2 im zweiten Stock in einer einzigartigen Residenz in Malá Strana im Zentrum von Prag an. Das Apartmenthaus wurde 2012 komplett renoviert.
Bei der Rekonstruktion blieben alle ursprünglichen architektonischen und dekorativen Elemente erhalten.
Die Residenz befindet sich 100 m von der Karlsbrücke und 50 m vom Malostranské náměstí entfernt. Innerhalb dieser geschlossenen Residenz befindet sich ein gepflegter Innenhof. Die Fenster der Wohnung sind auf diesen Innenhof gerichtet und bieten somit absolute Ruhe vom Trubel der Stadt.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein geräumiges, separates Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Herd, Geschirrspüler), die mit einem Essbereich verbunden ist, und zwei Badezimmer, eines mit Badewanne und das andere mit Dusche. Es gibt auch eine große Speisekammer mit Waschmaschine.
In der Wohnung werden Elemente des modernen Interieurs subtil durch Elemente des klassizistischen Stils ergänzt, das Projekt der Wohnung wurde vom Architekten „maßgeschneidert“. Dabei wurde Wert auf die Auswahl moderner, hochwertiger und ökologischer Materialien gelegt. Die ganze Wohnung ergänzt sich harmonisch und ist angenehm und frisch anzusehen. Das Interieur ist exklusiv: handgemalte Deckendekorationen, einzigartige Vorhänge, Kronleuchter, Lampen und Dekorationen. Alle Möbel und Accessoires der Premiumklasse kamen aus Italien, Frankreich, Deutschland und Österreich.

Die Fenster gehen zu einem sehr ruhigen Hof, sodass Sie einen ungestörten und ruhigen Aufenthalt erleben können. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Auch die Bäder wurden maßgefertigt. Die Fußböden im Wohn- und Esszimmer sind aus massiven Eichendielen, die Badezimmer haben Keramikfliesen.

Absolutely loved our one-month stay here. It is in a perfect location, close to the tram and just across Charles Bridge. Being courtyard facing there was no noise from the street. Beds were firm compared to what we’re used to, couldn’t sleep comfortable on my side so we used the pullout mattress on top and that was perfect for those who like more soft. Everything about check in/out was super easy. Place was even nicer in person than the photos and the bathtub is AMAZING! There’s a washer which was super convenient and a full sized fridge.
