Bedroom (with double bed) and a sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom, and open space living room with kitchenette.
Located in Largo Santos-O-Novo, Lisbon, a 10-minute walk from the Santa Apolónia Metro/Train Station.
Many shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bus stops and more nearby and a small green park 100m from the house.
Available from December, preferably for rentals of 6 months or a year, potentially renewable, but open also to shorter durations.
This is my own apartment, with several of my belongings inside. As such, priority will be given to friends/acquaintances.

Das Hotel liegt in Largo Santos-O-Novo, Lissabon, einen 10-minütigen Spaziergang von der Santa Apolónia Metro / Zugstation.
Viele Geschäfte, Restaurants, Supermärkte, Bushaltestellen und mehr in der Nähe und ein kleiner grüner Park 100m vom Haus entfernt.
Verfügbar ab Dezember, vorzugsweise für Mieten von 6 Monaten oder einem Jahr, möglicherweise verlängerbar, aber auch für kürzere Zeiträume offen.
Dies ist meine eigene Wohnung, mit mehreren meiner Habseligkeiten im Inneren. Daher werden Freunde/Bekannte bevorzugt.
