The apartment has a numerical code to open the apartment door. You will be completely autonomous, this code is personal for maximum security.

HOUSE RULES:
- Pets are not allowed;
- Parties are not allowed;
- Smoking is not allowed (apenas na varanda apanhando as beatas);
- Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 9 am;
- The apartment has a balcony where smokers can smoke;
- The apartment has a double bed and a double sofa bed, when booking for two people, only one bed will be prepared, if you want two beds and there are two people, you must notify in advance. If you have just checked in and want extra sheets, you will have to pay €30 more;
- The apartment has heating with oil radiators and a dehumidifier (if there is too much humidity we are 500m from the ocean), under no circumstances should you touch the water heating boiler. In case of a problem, you must contact the owner to help you solve the problems via whatapp;
- I can receive children of all ages.

Stays from 10 days include a change of linen: sheets, towels, tablecloths, kitchen and hand towels.
I am available before the stay (for all details, visiting advice, etc.), during (if you have difficulties using the apartment, I am here to help you via whatapp, I also have people on site who will help you if necessary) and after your stay (travel-related difficulties).
