Arsan was always available and responded very quickly to any questions or concerns. Communication was consistently friendly and polite — we really appreciated that! We felt well taken care of throughout our stay.
The apartment was well laid out and very well equipped. The workspace was excellent, with practical desks and a comfortable setup. We also really enjoyed the lovely little terrace — perfect for relaxing after a long day.
Would definitely recommend! :)

Neighborhood
The neighborhood is quiet and, as far as we experienced, safe, with everything you need close by. There are supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance, and public transport connections are very convenient. With Parque del Oeste nearby, there's also a great green space for relaxation and outdoor activities.
Please note that Avinguda del Cid is a large and busy road, so there is some traffic noise. We got used to it quickly, but of course that may vary from person to person.
You're outside the typical tourist areas, which makes everyday life here feel more local and authentic.
