Stylish 1 bedroom apartment in premium location in the heart of Valencia city center, 100 m. from the most exclusive shopping area (Calle La Paz) and walking distance to all major attractions. Elegantly decorated with good taste and featuring all modern comforts (elevator, 2 bathrooms, 600 MB Fiber Optic WiFi Internet connection and integrated A/C & heating system), has everything that a couple or a family would need for an enjoyable city break in Valencia’s most fashionable district.
My home is located on the 2nd floor of a restored historical building, which has an elevator.
The apartment features a large living and dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom with a huge walking closet, the comfort of 2 bathrooms (a main one with a bathtub, and a second with shower) and a study room.
Large windows fill the living room area with plenty of natural daylight. The comfortable sofa is the ideal place to lounge after a long day out sightseeing, or enjoy TV in the flat screen TV. It can be converted in a sofa bed (135 x 190 cm) for up to 2 children. The dining table in the living room seats 4.
In the fully equipped kitchen you’ll find everything you might need to prepare a quick meal: kitchenware, tableware, oven, microwave, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, juicer and a toaster. I also provide some basic kitchen condiments such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and some others, and detergent for washing crockery, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping.
In the bedroom there is a comfy king-sized bed (150x190) to ensure a good night's rest, and a large walking closet with enough room for all your belongings.
The spacious master bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom, features a bathtub with shower and bidet. The secondary bathroom, adjacent to the living room, has a shower. I provide complimentary bath amenities such as hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand soap.
Clean, fresh bed linen and towels are also provided.
The WiFi High-Speed Internet connection (Optic Fiber 600 MB) will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done (the study room is the best place for it), should you need to.
The apartment has also an integrated air conditioning / heating system, to ensure the maximum comfort.
Should you need a travel cot for your baby, please don't hesitate to ask, as it could be arranged.

Typical in-town Valencian neighborhood. Plentiful and nearby markets, shops, and eateries. Metro stop 6-7 minutes walk and major bus stops 1-2 minutes. Central market is 20 minutes walk & a bit faster with public transport for part of that

Adjacent to Túria gardens, so walking to CBD via the park is a pleasure!
