Apartment is located in the forest park Marjan, close to the beautiful Marjan beaches and walking distance to the city centre. It is fully equipped and perfect for a longer stay. Kids are welcome and we are pet friendly :). Marjan is perfect spot for nice walks and biking as well as for working outside because the weather in Split is great most of of the year.

The apartment itself has 1 bedroom, nice living room with a pull out couch (if needed for you friends in visit), really nice lounge area, bathroom and a kitchen with all the necessary appliances.

I am friendly and always happy to help with whatever you might need but I would never bored you or be intrusive in any way. Your apartment is yours while you are renting it.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Waldpark Marjan, in der Nähe der schönen Strände von Marjan und in Gehweite zum Stadtzentrum. Es ist komplett ausgestattet und perfekt für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Kinder sind willkommen und wir sind haustierfreundlich :). Marjan ist der perfekte Ort für schöne Spaziergänge und Radfahren sowie für die Arbeit im Freien, weil das Wetter in Split ist großartig die meiste Zeit des Jahres.

Die Wohnung selbst hat 1 Schlafzimmer, ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit einer ausziehbaren Couch (falls Sie Freunde zu Besuch haben), eine wirklich schöne Sitzecke, ein Badezimmer und eine Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten.

Ich bin freundlich und immer glücklich zu helfen, was auch immer Sie brauchen könnten, aber ich würde nie langweilen Sie oder aufdringlich sein in irgendeiner Weise. Ihre Wohnung ist Ihr, während Sie es mieten.
