Front beach, shared pool, terrace, parking and surrounded of beach restaurants, supermarket, fuel station, public transport and the very best thing: only few meters from the beach. Easy access from the highway, 36 km from Malaga airport, 2 km from Cabo Pino and its lovely port with bars and restaurants, 10km to the water park Aquamijas, 16km to Marbella and 90km to Gibraltar. Nice place to enjoy a relaxed holiday beside the sea!
Lubina del Sol offers 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room. It offers air condition in both bedrooms and there is also a fan. 2 bathrooms with shower and an equipped kitchen with wash machine, coffee machine, microwave, kettle etc. WiFi free of charge is also available. The TV is a Smart TV. The lovely terrace offers seaview and it is south west facing. The pool is open the whole year and you have sun loungers and parasols that you can use in the garden/pool area. The depth of the pool goes from 0m to 2,60m. From the outside common areas there is a direct access to the beach. The apartment offers a parking spot free of charge. Tennis court is also available, free of charge and you can use it whenever you want. In high season you might need to register your name and time at the gate when you want to use it.Pets are accepted. € 30 per booking. Ask us about our nice Pet Kit. 1 pet per booking.Rules: Pets are not allowed to use beds, sofa, etc. Please don´t leave your pet alone in the holiday home and also try to avoid noice.

Unsere 5-Gäste-Wohnung mit Meerblick befindet sich in Mijas Costa, Urbanización Lubina del Sol. Direkt am Strand, Gemeinschaftspool, Terrasse, Parkplatz und umgeben von Strandrestaurants, Supermarkt, Tankstelle, öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und das Allerbeste: nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Einfacher Zugang von der Autobahn, 36 km vom Flughafen Malagas, 2 km von Cabo Pino und seinem schönen Hafen mit Bars und Restaurants, 10 km zum Wasserpark Aquamijas, 16 km nach Marbella und 90 km nach Gibraltar. Ein schöner Ort, um einen entspannten Urlaub am Meer zu genießen.
Lubina del Sol verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett und das andere mit 2 Einzelbetten. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Schlafsofa. In beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es eine Klimaanlage und einen Ventilator. 2 Bäder mit Dusche und eine ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher etc. Kostenloses WiFi ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Fernseher ist ein Smart TV. Die schöne Terrasse bietet Meerblick und ist nach Südwesten ausgerichtet. Der Pool ist das ganze Jahr über geöffnet und Sie haben Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme, die Sie im Garten/Poolbereich benutzen können. Die Tiefe des Pools geht von 0m bis 2,60m. Von den Gemeinschaftsbereichen im Außenbereich gibt es einen direkten Zugang zum Strand. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Ein Tennisplatz steht ebenfalls kostenlos zur Verfügung und Sie können ihn jederzeit nutzen. In der Hochsaison müssen Sie sich eventuell an der Pforte mit Namen und Uhrzeit anmelden, wenn Sie den Platz nutzen möchten.
Haustiere sind erlaubt. 30 € pro Buchung. Fragen Sie uns nach unserem Pet Kit. 1 Haustier pro Buchung.Regeln: Haustiere dürfen keine Betten, Sofas, etc. benutzen. Bitte lassen Sie Ihr Haustier nicht allein in der Ferienwohnung und versuchen Sie auch, Lärm zu vermeiden.

Baby Kit (Kinderbett, Badewanne + Hochstuhl) kostet 10 € / Tag.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass unsere Check-in-Zeit ist von 17.00 bis 21.00 Uhr. Wenn Sie später als 21.00 Uhr einchecken möchten, müssen Sie von 21.00 bis 23.00 Uhr einen Zuschlag von 30 € und ab 23.00 Uhr von 50 € zahlen.
Sie können Ihr Gepäck in unserem Büro in der Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga) abstellen, denn der Check-in erfolgt in unserem Büro. Bitte vergessen Sie nicht, früher zu kommen, denn alle Gäste über 16 Jahre müssen das Polizeiregister unterschreiben.
Eine rückzahlbare Kaution von 150 Euro wird bei Ihrer Ankunft verlangt (die Zahlung muss mit Kredit-/Debitkarte erfolgen)
