The space
The apartment has been completely renovated, redecorated and expressly equipped for guest accommodation in order to meet all possible needs and requirements that are normally required, as well as to ensure maximum comfort. The distribution is very practical and comfortable, in the case of a single main room that houses the living room and a fully equipped open kitchen with American bar. In the background it opens to a south-facing terrace that guarantees many hours of sun to enjoy outside the enviable climate of the south of the island and the pleasant afternoons with the sunset. The bedroom is spacious and bright, with a window with the same orientation as the terrace. Absolutely everything inside the apartment is brand new.

Die Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert, neu dekoriert und speziell für die Unterbringung von Gästen ausgestattet, um alle möglichen Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen zu erfüllen, die normalerweise erforderlich sind, sowie um maximalen Komfort zu gewährleisten. Die Aufteilung ist sehr praktisch und komfortabel, da es sich um einen einzigen Hauptraum handelt, in dem sich das Wohnzimmer und eine voll ausgestattete offene Küche mit amerikanischer Bar befinden. Im Hintergrund öffnet es sich zu einer Südterrasse, die viele Sonnenstunden garantiert, um draußen das beneidenswerte Klima des Südens der Insel und die angenehmen Nachmittage mit dem Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Das Schlafzimmer ist geräumig und hell, mit einem Fenster mit der gleichen Ausrichtung wie die Terrasse. Absolut alles in der Wohnung ist brandneu.

Der Komplex verfügt über einen neuen Pool, der vor kurzem komplett renoviert wurde, mit Solariumbereichen rundherum. Der Parkplatz befindet sich im Freien und liegt auf Straßenniveau, direkt an der Seite der Allee, mit einfachem Zugang von der Allee aus, sowie schnellem Zugang vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung.

Die Gäste werden von der Reservierung bis zur Ankunft und während des Aufenthalts ständig betreut, um ihnen alles zu zeigen, was sie brauchen, und um ihnen lokale Empfehlungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu geben.
