The Apartment
Lively and elegant apartment decorated in vivid colors with a beautiful balcony to seat outside. Recently renewed and fully equipped (brand-new furniture and appliances) is the place to stay for a wonderful Barcelona’s time, only a few meters away from the Arc de Triomf, the charming Borne area and the Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia.
In the apartment you will find 4 bedrooms, three with a single bed each and one with a double bed. All the rooms are equipped with TV, desk and wardrobe. You will also find 2 complete bathrooms with; a big kitchen fully equipped (washing machine, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster). This is all you can find in this welcoming apartment. Furthermore it has a living room with sofa, flat TV screen and air conditioning.

The area
The Arc de Triomf, where the apartment is close to, is the door to get in a very well served and charming area called Borne and the streets around, full of shops and supermarkets, bakeries, bars, coffee bar and restaurants. There, a lot of buses and the metro trains go back and forth and you can easily arrive everywhere in Barcelona and 100 meters away you can also find the Barcelona North Station from where you can take a bus to go everywhere in Spain and arrive from and to Girona’s Airport.
From the apartment, within a few minutes’ walk, you can arrive to the best beaches of Barcelona and the Park de la Ciutadella, to the Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia (10 minutes walking distance) and to the Picasso Museum that is in the heart of Borne (5 minutes walking distance). From there you can also easily arrive to the Barceloneta area and Plaza de Catalunia (10 minutes walking distance) and Las Ramblas that is located right there.
As London has its Portobello, Notting Hill and Camden Town markets, even Barcelona has its Mercados in different places. Among them there is the Mercado de los Encantes that is a jewel full of second hand products and very low cost vintage furniture, not very well known as touristic attraction but very popular among the people from Barcelona. Also the Gran Via is only a few hundred meters away from the apartment: there you can get on a bus that takes you to the Gaudi’s Parque Guell and the Gaudi’s Houses located in the Passeig de Gracia.

In der Wohnung finden Sie 4 Schlafzimmer, drei mit je einem Einzelbett und eines mit einem Doppelbett. Alle Zimmer sind mit TV, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Sie finden auch 2 komplette Badezimmer mit; eine große Küche voll ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster). Dies ist alles, was Sie in dieser einladenden Wohnung finden können. Darüber hinaus verfügt es über ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Flachbildschirm und Klimaanlage.

Das Gebiet
Der Arc de Triomf, in dessen Nähe sich die Wohnung befindet, ist das Tor zu einer sehr gut versorgten und charmanten Gegend namens Borne und die Straßen drumherum, voll mit Geschäften und Supermärkten, Bäckereien, Bars, Cafés und Restaurants. Dort fahren viele Busse und die Metro hin und her und Sie können leicht überall in Barcelona ankommen und 100 Meter entfernt befindet sich auch der Nordbahnhof von Barcelona, von wo aus Sie einen Bus nehmen können, um überall in Spanien zu fahren und vom und zum Flughafen von Girona zu kommen.
Von der Wohnung aus erreichen Sie in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß die besten Strände Barcelonas und den Park de la Ciutadella, die Sagrada Familia von Gaudi (10 Minuten zu Fuß) und das Picasso-Museum im Herzen von Borne (5 Minuten zu Fuß). Von dort aus können Sie auch leicht die Barceloneta und die Plaza de Catalunia (10 Minuten zu Fuß) und Las Ramblas erreichen, die sich genau dort befindet.

Auch die Gran Via ist nur ein paar hundert Meter von der Wohnung entfernt: Dort können Sie in einen Bus einsteigen, der Sie zum Parque Guell und zu den Häusern Gaudis am Passeig de Gracia bringt.
Eine sichere und sehr ruhige Gegend ganz in der Nähe der künstlerischen Wunder von Barcelona.
