H2M Studio Flamingo 200m beach with parking

Our 2 guests studio Flamingo has a wonderfull location. You will stay about 200m from the beach and Puerto Marina (an area with a high number of restaurants and bars) As soon as you reach the main road beside the sea, to both sides you will have all what you need: public transport, supermarkets, more bars and restaurants. If you come by car, there will be a parking spot for you. Selwo Marina is 800m away, 10 min driving to Golf Torrequebrada and 1,5km up to Benalmadena - Arroyo de la Miel which is the center of Benalmadena. Here you do also have shops, restaurants, bars, banks etc and also the train station if you wish you take a day in Malaga or go to Fuengirola or Torremolinos. The same train also bring you to one of the biggest shopping centers of Malaga: Playa Mayor. We recommend to take a walk to La Carihuela: it takes around 20 min and you will be enjoying small streets, beside the beach and also a good place to shop and eat.

The studio offers a double bed, a bathroom with shower and an equipped kitchen. Free WiFi 100mb and aircon/heating are provided, also free parking. The apartment has wash machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave, oven and a 40' TV. The terrace has furniture.

Rules: Pets are not allowed to use beds, sofa, etc. Please don´t leave your pet alone in the holiday home and also try to avoid noise.

Unser 2-Gäste-Studio Flamingo hat eine wunderbare Lage. Sie wohnen ca. 200 m vom Strand und Puerto Marina (ein Gebiet mit vielen Restaurants und Bars) entfernt. Sobald Sie die Hauptstraße am Meer erreichen, haben Sie auf beiden Seiten alles, was Sie brauchen: öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Supermärkte, weitere Bars und Restaurants. Wenn Sie mit dem Auto kommen, gibt es einen Parkplatz für Sie. Selwo Marina ist 800m entfernt, 10 Minuten Fahrt zum Golfplatz Torrequebrada und 1,5km bis nach Benalmadena - Arroyo de la Miel, dem Zentrum von Benalmadena. Hier haben Sie auch Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars, Banken usw. und auch der Bahnhof, wenn Sie möchten, nehmen Sie einen Tag in Malaga oder gehen Sie zu Fuengirola oder Torremolinos. Der gleiche Zug bringt Sie auch zu einem der größten Einkaufszentren von Malaga: Playa Mayor. Wir empfehlen, einen Spaziergang nach La Carihuela zu machen: es dauert etwa 20 Minuten und Sie werden kleine Straßen genießen, neben dem Strand und auch ein guter Ort zum Einkaufen und Essen.

Das Studio verfügt über ein Doppelbett, ein Bad mit Dusche und eine ausgestattete Küche. Kostenloses WiFi 100mb und Klimaanlage/Heizung sind vorhanden, ebenso kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Wohnung verfügt über Waschmaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Backofen und einen 40' TV. Die Terrasse ist mit Möbeln ausgestattet.
