”Living in Buda is a world view.” I can identify totally with the words of the famous hungarian writer, Sandor Marai.
Our quiet and spacious apartment is next to the Millenaris Park, Mammut Center and Lövőház street, where are many restaurants and bars. It has very good traffic condition day and night also. (4-6 trams, metro, buses) Both Margitsziget and Lukács Fürdő can be reached within 15 minutes for a walk, run or swim.
Our apartment contains of a large bedroom, sunny living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The bedroom has a standard double bed, and there is an adjustable standing table for home office. In the living room we have a sofa, armchairs, and second working station. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has a shower. It also has a balcony with outdoor furnitures, allowing you to relax outside. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside, but is ok on the balcony.

Unsere ruhige und geräumige Wohnung ist neben dem Millenaris Park, Mammut Center und Lövőház Straße, wo viele Restaurants und Bars sind. Es hat eine sehr gute Verkehrslage Tag und Nacht auch. (4-6 Straßenbahnen, U-Bahn, Busse) Sowohl Margitsziget und Lukács Fürdő können innerhalb von 15 Minuten für einen Spaziergang, laufen oder schwimmen erreicht werden.
Unsere Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Schlafzimmer, sonniges Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und Balkon. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Standard-Doppelbett, und es gibt einen verstellbaren Stehtisch für Home-Office. Im Wohnzimmer haben wir ein Sofa, Sessel und einen zweiten Arbeitsplatz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Bad hat eine Dusche. Außerdem gibt es einen Balkon mit Gartenmöbeln, auf dem Sie sich entspannen können. Das Rauchen ist in der Wohnung strengstens verboten, aber auf dem Balkon ist es erlaubt.

The place it’s huge and very well equipped. Perfect for a couple, especially for digital nomads! Zóltan and Kati are very thoughtful and helpful which made my stay much more enjoyable!

Great experience for everyone who wants to live in a beautiful place next to the Castle hill. The Landlord Zoltán was very helpful and kind. I would definitely come back to this place when visiting Budapest again.

We stayed almost 2 months in this flat and we loved it!
It is very light, spacious, cosy, and warm. A big plus was definitely the desks, work chairs, and extra monitor -- it was very productive for us to have a little "office".
The neighborhood is amazing - there is a mall and supermarkets 5 minutes away. The metro and tram station are nearby as well so going into the city center is super easy and fast.

If you're like us and prefer cooking at home rather than eating out, you might find it a bit challenging at the beginning as there's only one induction cooktop - but we got used to it fairly quickly and it wasn't a big issue.

We definitely recommend staying at Zoltan's and Kati's place! Not only is the flat beautiful, but they are lovely and very kind landlords. You'll love it!

Zoltán rendkívül segítőkész és rugalmas. A lakás a leírásnak megfelel, nem csalódtunk. A konyha a valóságban tágasabb, mint ahogyan a képen látszik.

Kiváló lokáció. Séta távolságra számos kávézó, étterem, szupermarket, gyógszertár, pékség, bevásárlóközpont található. Bár van forgalom az utcában, nem túl zajos. Gyerekekkel is kedvező: játszótér, óvoda, játszóház a környéken.

This is a lovely apartment in a superb location in district II on the Buda side. The location is excellent, with shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. The owners are a lovely couple who accomodate all needs of the tenants; they are communicative and responsive. The bathroom is somewhat small but appropriate for the purpose. Ideal for digital nomads and those who do not wish to have extended household activity.

Zoltan’s flat was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The flat is centrally located making it ideal for walking to services and attractions. Zoltan is a gracious host and quickly communicates when needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.
