Calm and quiet flat in the iconic 5th district near to Parliament and Danube. There are 2 separate bedrooms and large kitchen with dining space. The apartment is fully equipped, centrally installed quiet AC for the summer and modern, safe and economic gas heating in winter. It is located on the 5th - top - floor in a traditional building so it is full of natural light. It can be reached my elevator up to the 4th floor and from there by stairs.
Several shops and art galleries in the nearby. Most tourist attractions in walking distance, but you can benefit of the excellent public transportation also - Metro 2 and 3, Tram 2, 4-6. You can jog, beach or walk on Margaret Island that is few steps away and explore several marvelous parks in the heart of the city.
The apartment is especially ideal for students, business or holiday travellers who prefer resting in two separated rooms.
If you are a digital nomad you can utilize the smaller room as a separated home office area.
Comfortable for midterm also. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, enough storage place.

Es befindet sich im 5. - obersten - Stockwerk in einem traditionellen Gebäude, so ist es voll von natürlichem Licht. Sie ist mit dem Aufzug bis zum 4. Stock und von dort aus über eine Treppe zu erreichen.
Mehrere Geschäfte und Kunstgalerien in der Nähe. Die meisten Touristenattraktionen sind zu Fuß erreichbar, aber Sie können auch von den hervorragenden öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln profitieren - Metro 2 und 3, Tram 2, 4-6. I worked as a teacher at a university for many years and I realized that it is very hard on on the foreign students to find suitable place to live for some months. They arrive with a suitcase only and they need a fully equipped apartment to stay in. Then I left the academic field and jumped into the IT world. I found that the demand for midterm fully equipped apartments with dedicated home office place is even higher than thought before. The digitalizing world allows a lot of people to work remotely and explore new places without being on holiday. This is a great opportunity to absorb new experiences, and meet people from other cultures. Our cozy and homelike apartment is perfect for living in Budapest as locals, feel the local vibes and enjoy this wonderful city. We paid special attention to create a calm environment in a quiet building that is suitable for remote work and studying. At the same time the safe and green environment has excellent day and night public transport options.
Long story short: business travelers, digital nomads and students are all very welcome!
