Like a lighthouse, this apartment stands on the seafront in the center of the town of Candelaria, on the south side of the island of Tenerife. From its large windows you can contemplate the grandeur of the island: on one side, the wide ocean and, in the distance, the imposing Basilica of Candelaria; and on the other side, the mountain that juts into the island and will end up becoming Teide. Recently renovated, El Faro offers a bright and fully equipped apartment (wi-fi, flat TV, etc.).

The apartment, recently renovated to accommodate its guests, is truly a beacon. And it is that its diaphanous decoration contrasts with the mosaic of colors that unfolds in its windows: the blue tones of the ocean, of the sky and the brown color of the mountains (where, on occasions, even the snowy peaks can be glimpsed in winter). The decoration of 'El Faro' is specifically designed to transport the guest to a maritime and luminous environment, with the use of blue tones and all kinds of wood that are so useful in the sea.

The apartment has a spacious living-dining room where guests can choose between sitting on their cheslong sofa with the impressive views as a backdrop or enjoying breakfast or lunch with a privileged view. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV that can be located to suit the guests so that it can be viewed from both the dining room and the sofa. The bedroom connects both with the entrance and with the dining area. In this way, it becomes a cozy and, at the same time, very bright corner of the apartment. The kitchen, cozy but fully equipped, has all the necessary electrical appliances and a small breakfast bar, for an aperitif before moving to contemplate the views. Finally, the apartment has a bathroom with a shower.Candelaria is one of the most pleasant towns in Tenerife. It is located on the south side of the island, which gives it one of the best climates in the world. Practically all year round it is sunny and good weather.

It is located 15 minutes by car from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, 25 minutes approx. from La Laguna and with direct access to the southern highway to reach the most touristic areas. However, being a town, it is large enough to offer its visitors everything they may need. To the left of the Lighthouse, facing the sea, guests will find the rest of Avenida Marítima, with a pleasant wooden promenade, multiple bars and restaurants, supermarkets, a shopping center, and a couple of beaches. To the right, we enter the historic part of Candelaria. A few meters away, we find the beach of La Hornilla, a small cove of black sand, almost secret. If the traveler continues, he will arrive at the town, with its food market, the fishing port and the small colored low houses. At the end of the road, the Basilica of Candelaria and its magnificent square contain the history of the aboriginal kings and the appearance of the Virgin in a cave, intertwining history and legend.Candelaria can be reached by bus or by car from both the southern and northern airports.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohn- und Esszimmer, in dem die Gäste wählen können, ob sie auf dem cheslong Sofa sitzen und die beeindruckende Aussicht genießen wollen oder ob sie ihr Frühstück oder Mittagessen mit einem privilegierten Blick genießen wollen. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet, der je nach Wunsch so aufgestellt werden kann, dass er sowohl vom Esszimmer als auch vom Sofa aus zu sehen ist. Das Schlafzimmer ist sowohl mit dem Eingang als auch mit dem Essbereich verbunden. Auf diese Weise wird es zu einer gemütlichen und gleichzeitig sehr hellen Ecke der Wohnung. Die gemütliche, aber voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über alle notwendigen Elektrogeräte und eine kleine Frühstückstheke für einen Aperitif, bevor man sich der Aussicht widmet. Schließlich hat die Wohnung ein Badezimmer mit Dusche.Candelaria ist eine der schönsten Städte auf Teneriffa. Er befindet sich auf der Südseite der Insel, was ihm eines der besten Klimas der Welt beschert. Praktisch das ganze Jahr über ist es sonnig und das Wetter gut.
Der Ort liegt 15 Autominuten von Santa Cruz de Tenerife und 25 Minuten von La Laguna entfernt und hat direkten Zugang zur südlichen Autobahn, über die man die meisten touristischen Gebiete erreichen kann. Da es sich jedoch um eine Stadt handelt, ist sie groß genug, um ihren Besuchern alles zu bieten, was sie brauchen könnten. Auf der linken Seite des Leuchtturms, dem Meer zugewandt, befindet sich der Rest der Avenida Marítima mit einer angenehmen Holzpromenade, mehreren Bars und Restaurants, Supermärkten, einem Einkaufszentrum und einigen Stränden. Auf der rechten Seite befindet sich der historische Teil von Candelaria. Nur wenige Meter entfernt befindet sich der Strand La Hornilla, eine kleine, fast geheime Bucht mit schwarzem Sand. Wenn der Reisende weiterfährt, erreicht er die Stadt mit ihrem Lebensmittelmarkt, dem Fischereihafen und den kleinen farbigen niedrigen Häusern. Am Ende der Straße befindet sich die Basilika von Candelaria mit ihrem herrlichen Platz, der die Geschichte der Ureinwohnerkönige und die Erscheinung der Jungfrau in einer Höhle beherbergt, in der sich Geschichte und Legende vermischen.
