Accessing the property
Enter through the main entrance using the code that will be provided to you.
When you enter through the main entrance, you will be on level 3. Go down the stairs to level 1, apartment number 10. You can also use the elevator.
Parking
There is a reserved parking space in front of the building (accessible through a ramp). Additionally, there is free parking along the access road next to the building.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of your arrival. We kindly request that you check out promptly by 11am, allowing us to prepare your room for our next guests.
If your plans change and you require a late check-out, we may be able to accommodate you for a small additional fee. Inform us via Airbnb or your guest app, and we’ll do our best to arrange it for you.
House rules
We want you to have an incredible stay while respecting our property and the neighborhood. Please adhere to the following house rules:
- Kindly observe the check-in and check-out times.
- Please refrain from sharing the access code with unregistered guests.
- Parties or large gatherings are not permitted.
- Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
- Prohibited activities include the use of illegal substances.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within the apartment. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony.
- No-pets policy.
- Please turn off the air conditioning when you leave the apartment.
- Ensure windows are closed and the door is securely locked when you’re away.
- Please, clean your dishes after use.
- Please note that any damages to the apartment or its furnishings will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit. If the cost of repairs exceeds the deposit, you will be held liable for the additional charges.
Using the appliances
Wall beds. To use the Murphy (wall) beds, gently pull it down from the wall, ensuring that the support legs are securely extended. When closing the bed, make sure all bedding is placed in the drawer below the sofa to prevent jamming. Please note that only adults are aloud to unfold and fold the Murphy bed for safety reasons.
Television. You’ll find a TV remotes on the coffee table.
Air conditioning. For the best cooling results, always close the balcony doors before turning on the air conditioner. If additional cooling is needed, an extra fan is provided. Please turn off the AC when you are not in the apartment.
Washer. The washer is situated in the toilet. You are welcome to use it during your stay. If you need help feel free to contact us.
Dishwasher. Ensure the dishwasher is full and set to ‘Eco’ mode before starting it. You’ll find dishwasher tablets in the cupboard under the sink.
Microwave. To use the microwave safely, please follow these guidelines. Never place metal items inside the oven, including aluminum foil. Only use suitable ceramic, plastic, and glass dishes. Do not place sealed containers in the oven. Never activate this appliance when it is empty. Always remember to keep an eye on your microwave oven while it cooks food.
Entrance door. Please do not leave the key in the lock on the inside of the door. If the door automatically closes from the outside while the key is inside, it will be impossible for you and us to enter the apartment.
Transportation
Public transportation in Kotor is not the most efficient. The nearest public bus stop is across from the Huma Hotel, about 500 meters from the apartment. However, exploring the city on foot, especially along the coast, can be a delightful experience.
The apartment is just 350 meters from the sea, allowing you to enjoy a scenic walk to the Old Town along the waterfront (about 30-40 minutes).
If you don’t have a car, taxis are relatively affordable, and several taxi companies are available. If you need any information, feel free to contact us.
Dining & Beverages
Within walking distance, you’ll find the restaurants “Tiha Noć” and “Dobrotski Dvori,” a local favorite known for its delicious cuisine. Along the coast and in the Old Town of Kotor, there are many other excellent dining options to explore.
Grocery Stores
Close to the apartment, there are two grocery shops: the well-stocked City Market and a small local market, Dea, whith a nearby bakery.
Please note that in Montenegro, shops are closed on Sundays, except for bakeries.
Sightseeing
In Kotor and the surrounding areas, you can never be bored because there is so much to see. Visit the local tourist organization’s website for more information.

Respond promptly and safely to any emergencies, and immediately contact the local authorities.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the living space is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
