￫ Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Anlage, die den Geräuschpegel kontrolliert. Wir wünschen unseren Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, respektieren aber immer die Nachtruhe der Nachbarn. Wenn die Anlage ausgeschaltet wird, wird unser Personal benachrichtigt. Jeder Verstoß gegen die Lärmvorschriften kann zur sofortigen Stornierung der Reservierung führen.
￫ Die Arbeiten in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen und an der Fassade des Gebäudes sind im Gange, ohne dass ein voraussichtlicher Fertigstellungstermin feststeht.
