H2M Carrera Capuchinos is our one-bedroom apartment with an excellent location, as you will be just a few minutes' walk from the city center.
Picasso's birthplace is located in Plaza de la Merced, which is only 350m away.
In this area, you have a large number of restaurants and bars, making it the perfect place to enjoy the evening sun while eating or having a drink. From this point, the old part of Málaga begins, where you will find the Alcazaba Castle, just 200m away, as well as the Cathedral of Málaga, 200m away, the port of Málaga and Muelle Uno (an area by the sea with restaurants, bars, and shops) at 400m, and right behind that, the Malagueta Beach, also with beach bars and restaurants. We highly recommend visiting the Atarazanas Market (1,200m from the apartment), where you can enjoy different gastronomic options and buy local products.
The Carrera de Capuchinos apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a fan, etc. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for 2 people, air conditioning, a TV (32'), etc., and the kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc. The apartment has 1 bathroom with a bathtub and an electric towel rail. Free WiFi is provided (600mb) and you will have a free private parking space if you come by car or have rented one. It is located on the second floor and has an elevator.
Pets are allowed. There is a fee of 30 euros per booking. Ask us about our nice Pet Kit.
Rules: Pets are not allowed to use beds, sofas, etc. Please do not leave your pet alone in the apartment and try to avoid noise.

The baby cot has an additional cost of 5.00 €/day.
Baby kit (cot, high chair) has an additional cost of 10.00 €/day.
You also have the option to request in-person check-in at the apartment for an extra cost of 50.00 €.
Please note:
Check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00. Key collection takes place at the office on the day of arrival until 21:00, with personalized attention if required or if you have any questions.
If you wish to check-in after 21:00, access to the apartment will be with a code. We will send it to you on the day of your arrival.
Please notify us in advance so we can organize accordingly.
You can leave your luggage at our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia n. 6 (Málaga).
Check-in can be done online or in-person at our office. If you choose to do it in-person (recommended), please remember to come earlier as all guests over 16 years old will have to sign the mandatory police registration.
Please note that we will ask for a refundable security deposit with a credit card upon arrival.

Unsere Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer Carrera de Capuchinos hat eine großartige Lage, wie Sie nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt sein wird. Picassos Geburtshaus befindet sich auf der Plaza de la Merced, die nur 350 m entfernt ist. Hier gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars, und es ist der perfekte Ort, um die Nachmittagssonne zu genießen, während Sie eine Mahlzeit oder einen Drink zu sich nehmen. Von diesem Punkt aus beginnt die Altstadt von Málaga: + 200m: die Burg Alcazaba, + 200m: Malagas Kathedrale, + 400m Malagas Hafen und Muelle Uno (Bereich am Meer mit Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften) und gleich hinter diesem Bereich beginnt der Malagueta Strand, ebenfalls mit mehreren Strandrestaurants und Bars. Wir empfehlen auch einen Besuch des Mercado de Atarazanas (1200m von der Wohnung entfernt), wo Sie verschiedene gastronomische Optionen genießen und auch lokale Produkte kaufen können.
Carrera de Capuchinos Wohnung hat 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, Klimaanlage, Kleiderschrank, Ventilator, etc. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Schlafsofa für 2 Personen, Klimaanlage, TV (32'), etc. und die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, etc. Die Wohnung hat 1 Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Handtuchwärmer. WiFi (600mb) steht kostenlos zur Verfügung und es gibt auch einen kostenlosen Privatparkplatz, wenn Sie mit dem Auto kommen oder eines gemietet haben. Es befindet sich im 2. Stock und hat einen Aufzug.
Haustiere sind erlaubt. 30 € pro Buchung. Fragen Sie uns nach unserem netten Pet KitRules: Haustiere dürfen keine Betten, Sofas, etc. benutzen. Bitte lassen Sie Ihr Haustier nicht allein in der Ferienwohnung und versuchen Sie auch, Lärm zu vermeiden.
Babybett hat eine zusätzliche Kosten von 5 € / Tag
Baby Kit (Kinderbett, Badewanne + Hochstuhl) kostet 10 € / Tag.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass unsere Check-in-Zeit ist von 15.00 bis 21.00 Uhr. Wenn Sie später als 21 Uhr anreisen möchten, können wir Ihnen 2 Möglichkeiten anbieten:
Abholung der Schlüssel: Zugang zur Wohnung mit Code. Wir senden Ihnen den Code am Tag Ihrer Ankunft zu.
Sie können Ihr Gepäck in unserem Büro in der Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga) abgeben.
Alle Gäste über 16 Jahre müssen das Polizeiregister unterschreiben.
Bei Ihrer Ankunft ist eine rückzahlbare Kaution zu hinterlegen (die Zahlung muss mit Kredit-/Debitkarte erfolgen)
