Close to public transport, travelling by car is possible if you rent this accommodation, which will serve as a base for a holiday full of knowledge, beach and gastronomy.

Accommodation subject to a deposit to be paid in advance before your arrival. The deposit will be returned 48 hours after your departure and after checking the accommodation.

If you are travelling by plane, from the airport you can take a train to María Zambrano station (line C-1), from the station to the accommodation it is a 15 minute walk, although you can also take the metro from the station and get off at Atarazana metro station, reducing the time to a five minute walk. Thousands of possibilities will open up to you thanks to the city's public transport and thus achieve a more sustainable tourism.

On a first floor with lift and view to the inner courtyard area of the building, this cosy studio will allow you to have a comfortable rest, offering you a double bed in bunk bed or a single bed, having the possibility to travel alone or in couples who do not want to sleep together. Please note that the upper bed has a ladder as it is in loft format.

A comfortable bathroom with a walk-in shower will allow you to take a nice shower for long days of excursions or work.

A comfortable and essential kitchen, with a ceramic hob with an external and portable fire, a studio fridge (the freezer part is small, not suitable for storing bulky food) and a washing machine will make your day-to-day life easier and prepare you for the adventure.

At the end of the day, you can watch TV or enjoy dinner at the space-saving folding table.

There is also a wardrobe where you can store your luggage comfortably and tidily.

Es verfügt über ein Doppelbett in einem Etagenbett oder ein Einzelbett, so dass Sie allein oder zu zweit reisen können. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das obere Bett eine Leiter hat, da es im Loft-Format ist.

Ein komfortables Badezimmer mit einer begehbaren Dusche ermöglicht es Ihnen, sich nach langen Ausflügen oder Arbeitstagen zu duschen.

Eine komfortable und unentbehrliche Küche mit Cerankochfeld mit externem und tragbarem Feuer, ein Studiokühlschrank (der Gefrierteil ist klein und nicht für die Lagerung von sperrigen Lebensmitteln geeignet) und eine Waschmaschine erleichtern Ihnen den Alltag und bereiten Sie auf das Abenteuer vor.
